Could be useful in {UB} mill maybe? Just make sure you have spells with different spell names. Could potentially really punish players for running multiples of the same card. Too situational for my liking though.

This isn't even that bad. It's actually pretty hilarious. Run with Library of Leng to protect yourself (if you can't play without multiple copies). It comes out pretty early at three mana, so it could greatly affect a Pyromancer Ascension deck, until they start top-decking.
