Sigh, i agree.
Such an interesting ability, yet such an overcosted tiny body.
I'd like building a Dwarf tribal deck, but how am i supposed to do so when there are almost no playable Dwarves out there?

Well, with that an ability that powerful he must have a tiny body. He can make your flameslash deal 8 damage. With all the damage spells in red, this is definitely awesome, tiny body or not.

I would love to see this ability on a creature that costs Red and has a 1/1 body. Would be a powerhouse.
