Boy did someone miss a trick by making the second ability require it to tap... I'd definitely like to see an update of this with it designed, y'know, properly.

I think the idea is that you use the ability on something like a 4/4...(No, not the Serra Angel herself)

Argh... Seriously? It's as if they made you pay for its abilities twice, both in the casting cost and in the activation cost. Oh, and I love how you have to tap a creature to give another vigilance. Wow, what a failure.

In all honesty, Homelands should have killed Magic. But here we are, 16 years later...

He needs a functional reprint, and also give him vigilance and a 2/4 body. Limited all-star.

I suppose they did capture the spirit of a D&D Paladin. Weak healing ability? Check. Useless "leadership" ability? Check. And this is coming from a guy who has lovingly guided many Paladins from Candlekeep all the way to the Throne of Bhaal! (Don't worry guys, I eventually saw the fighter/mage light)
I can only wonder at how much money I wasted as a kid on Homelands (and Chronicles, ugh) boosters...
