Sadistic Sacrament to thin the herd and Cabal Coffers to dig deep. Fits with Leyline of the Void's color too.

Good fun in a mill deck running Cap's and stuff.

It's a helm that leaves the head at its 2nd most vulnerable.

Helmline decks are annoying. Strong, and annoying. Because you can see it coming and if you don't have a disenchant are helpless to stop it.

The card almost begs to be in a deck that revolves around it with some ability where you can make sure that your opponent has a great creature on top of their library or something.
...but there are actually much better ways to get awesome creatures. Where the card really starts to shine is in a deck that likes to mill and if your opponent is playing a creatureless deck of their own. Really it isn't exactly the most reliable or effective card that you could probably ever be using though. Fun? Well, it sure can be fun.

Helm of Obedience combos with Leyline of the Void.
There, I said it. Can WOTC/DCI make this official somehow?

brutal card even if you're not milling. i remember using this against my cousin when we were kids and immediately trading it to him for something i wanted. he always used this deck that was packed with huge beaters. it ruled. 4/5
