Forget creature production...Meekstone, then after you turn their tapped land into 3/3 creatures they are looking at tapped lands that dont untap. Land destruction/ mana screw?

I was giving this the normal 2,5/5 which I give to cards one can think an use, but reading Gausgoats comment I had to raise it in 4/5 that I give to working comboes. Which reminds me: does Blood Moon affect lands in hand, graveyard or library?

@tavaritz: No, it only affects lands in play. Rules tip for you, lands in a hand, graveyard, or library, or anywhere else that is out of play, arn't actully lands. They are 'land cards'. Big difference.

If you are looking for a 3/3 "haste", this effectively costs 5 mana, and has a pricetag of 1 mana on future attacks. This card is best used in combo
