He's a colorless 1/1 regenerator from ALLIANCES. Cut him some slack. 'Sides, at least the art is cool.

A 1/1 for 1 that regenerates for 1? That's very efficient, even by today's standards.

So an opponent gets to draw a card... That's usually, but not always, a downside. Making an opponent draw an unlimited number of mana for only one mana a piece is a great bargain; that can be a great asset in a mill deck or damage-per-draw deck.
