I would choose this over Tidings, because Concentration is cheaper. I don't wanna waste my 5th turn casting Tidings, when I could be playing something like Serra Sphinx (or another 5 mana beater) instead.. Usually, you need your extra cards around your 4th turn, but when you cast Divination, you're wasting a mana. Concentration is great because of it's playability. It's fairly fast, and it's probably better than your average draw spells.

I know several decks that would run sift over this. Especially during Odyssey block, discarding cards was good.

Excellent card, but in reference to the art...I agree with RafiqTheMiststalker, the art is just...hokey. The dude's brain looks cool and all...but his face and beard just look ridiculous, and I've always felt this way...

Seeing how this card is completely reasonable in its casting cost but still so powerful is a testament to how nucking futs Ancestral Recall really is.
