Although blue has surprisingly few "simple tutors", it might look appealing, but since your opponent gets to choose and the carddraw is even delayed, this card is not very useful for 4Blue in my opinion. I'd rather use something more reliable like Concentrate for 3BlueBlue to draw, or Gifts Ungiven for 3Blue / Intuition for 2Blue to fetch certain cards.

Overcosted, delayed draw and the opponent has the initiatve. Nope, not very good but come on, still better than 1.5. I give it a honnest 2.

Also, this card's pretty jank. Was probably better back in the day.
