The recursion's cool (if out of color), but it's why we can't just shuffle our graveyards when picking something random from there.

Wow, that's one trippy second ability! It's awesome! This has got to be the best interaction I've ever seen between card and art! Something I think the newer cards could definitely use more of.

I was wondering why was this changed from end of upkeep trigger to the beginning of upkeep trigger, when I realized that it's probably because MtG Online. MtG Online probably hasn't been programmed to handle end of upkeep triggers.

This card is a ton of fun in creature-heavy decks. At instant speed, it is perfect for casting in response to one of you creatures dying so that it ends up just below the creature in the graveyard. If timed right, it can end up doing a lot of damage and taking out multiple enemy creatures over the course of a game. Plus, as others have mentioned, the art is unique, memorable and flavorful.
