How does this change One With Nothing at all? =\ If you cast this first, you may as well discard One for it. If you cast One first, how are you going to cast this when you just discarded your hand? One With Nothing is for Hellbent, but there are tons of other cards (like this one, and like all the other Rituals) that work better towards that purpose.

OK I suppose it you're running a necro deck and you want to get a huge guy out early, or a threshold deck and you have plenty of crap to toss aside, but definitely not a game changer.

Can't tell if trolling. He's saying that plenty of cards let you discard your entire hand and do other stuff, or let you discard most of your hand instead of all of it.

Not terribly powerful on its own, but its cards like this that make One with Nothing extra painful. Overall, I would use this card as a combo piece of some kind, as Ritius implies.
