Can anyone explain the flavour of this card? What does a soldier who is loyal to coin have to do with making your opponent shuffle their deck? I don't see the connection.

@MasterOfEtherium; You know, the original Jace Beleren art looks exactly like Val Kilmer, if you look closely.
This guy looks like Brian Thompson. He was famous for being two different villains on Charmed. He was one of the horsemen of the apocalypse AND Cronus the titan :P

Haha, well, Storm Crow can block this guy and kill him, and he can't block storm crow at all...but, on the other hand, you can randomly modify a pile of (usually) completely random cards...hmm...
