@ttian: just throw Nemesis Mask on and run with some Pyroclasms and/or similar cards. Pretty decent red beater, and it even has trample.

Actually the tokens are all called "Survivor" like Wurmcoil Engine tokens are called "Wurm." Thus, they all die to legend rule. This also affects "Saproling", "Zombie", etc.

Great flavor, fine card for aggro when you don't have any other options, like ANY... I mean, who wants to give blockers to the opponent in an aggro deck? You'd have to bone splinters this guy almost immediately just to prevent him from getting out of hand.
I hate rampage. Lure is amazing with it, but in all other contexts it's often useless.

You would not be able to use Leyline of Singularity to nullify the drawback of this card. Although the tokens would technically be legendary, they have no names. The legend rule states that two legendary cards with the same name cannot be in play at the same time.
I like to use this with a lured Engulfing Slagworm. Not only do they lose all the survivors, but I get to gain large amounts of life.
