I assume you're talking about the lack of tap symbol in the text box-

It's a "mono" artifact. You can find the word mono on the type line. Back in Alpha, Beta, and Unlimited that was the way the tap: cost was represented on cards. The Revised version and subsequent have the tap symbol.
