Very useful card. Ignore the combat damage bit and focus on the untap any number of creatures.

Strictly worse than the Maze, but with a Scepter, it'd be a fairly cheap insta-blocking mechanism. 3.74 out of 5.

edit: you're right. I missed the untap part somehow. And yeah, the cool thing is: with a Scepter, you can block EVERYONE. for two mana? Yes please.
