They may not be referring to 'regenerate' but to graveyard recursion.
He would work ok with reassembling skeleton, for instance. Though still not great.
His flavour is good, but like most of the old vampires, his power is quite low.

I agree treetruckmaster, this could do well in a vamp+skel/zombie deck. Anything that can regen would work well with it.

He's somewhat like a baby Lord of the Pit, he won't damage you for not sacrificing but he starts out puny and doesn't trample.
Yeah, I'd use Crovax the Cursed over this any day, Legendary doesn't bother me one bit for something like this and I actually really do like my legends anyway lol
