@tavaritz: It was so you could (for whatever reason) effectively put 8 Drudge Skeletons in a deck at once. They did something similar with Walking Dead in Legends, although Walking Dead had the advantage of being a Zombie and not a Skeleton.
Still, it's another Drudge. Good for singleton or EDH when you want more than one. Deserves the exact same rating as Drudge (right now around a 4), not this below 3 nonsense.

I always wondered the decision on renaming creatures, but not non-creatures, when reprinting cards in new expansion. IMHO they all should have the same name.
Why do I need to check what are the characteristics of Restless Dead when I know those of Drudge Skeletons?
Or was there some reason that you needed eight of them in one deck?
