When something phases out, enchantments and counters on it phase out with it, then they phase back in attached to it as well

You can destroy/bounce this enchantment on the following turn.

Cheep removal, or it can be used with a big blue creature to make sure its attack gets through (sure the creature goes away on your next turn, but if it's big enough, it only needs to hit once).

It phases in or out before its controller untaps during each of his or her untap steps. While it's phased out, it's treated as though it doesn't exist.
This means that if the game ends while its phased out the world will come to an end and the card will never exist AGAIN!!!!
