I'm surprised that nobody has pointed it out yet... This is a piece of techy FAT tech for Tibor and Lumia commander decks!

Yeah, the concept is darn good, and it's still a decent card in its own right. 5/5

This is a flavor homerun! I really like this card.

Historical note: Back in the day, Floodgate made a wonderful, recurring creature-sweeper when combined with any card that could cause it to phase out, such as Vanishing. Unfortunately, that combo became obsolete when WotC changed the definition of phasing, such that phasing no longer triggers leaves-play effects.

I always loved this card.
the fact that it also triggered if it gained flying
While it is odd that blue should get mass damage dealing it makes perfect sense when looking at the flavor of this card, im glad they didnt just go 'blue cant do that even if it does make sense'

This card has the coolest flavor... amazing. It actually acts like a dam, and does more damage the more water it "holds back".
Brilliant concept, even if it isn't an incredible card.
5/5

If i'd be Mahkt i'd be upset to know that i'm only refered to as 'goblin casualty' :D That's a pretty weird title to have:
"Dad, what profession did gramps actually have when he was your age?"
-"Your grandfather was a proud goblin casualty, Billy!"
Oh, and although Vanishing regrettably doesn't work anymore, it still works with bounce effects, e.g. with Trusted Advisor. Obvious downside it that you have to pay its mana cost each time you want to drown some creatures.
