Twitch is an improved version of this. Still, not unusable at the time, just not as good as Boomerang, which was reprinted in Mirage, for stopping opposing permanents, with a limited use on one's own.

LOL @yonnystarr you are absolutely correct and have forever changed the way I look at this card.

"She's giving him a JOLT!"

As to the card, I 've been running this, Twitch, andInfuse in a blue deck, and I'm not finding them productive. Usually they're just taking up space in my hand. So I'm on the hunt for a better card, prefferrably something that gives card draw. Any suggestions?
