You use Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and play this choosing Swamps. Then at the end of your opponents' turn you bounce the Tomb, then replay as land for turn. Your lands won't phase because that kicks before you even untap, while your 'poor, unfortunate' opponents are forced to have swamp-lands they can only use half the time.
