Phasing has "Memory'. When it phases, the card has memory that it is the same permanent that phases out. And phasing doesn't trigger enter/leave effects because of that.

No you can't, bobmacambob. Phasing in and out does not trigger "enters/leaves the battlefield" effects.

It doesn't work like that as phasing happens before your untap on your turn. So the permanent is in from your untap to your next untap affecting every player, then it's out from your untap to your next untap, not netting you on your turn.
What you need is activated or triggered phasing that can phase your permanent out during your own end phase, ready to pop in during your next untap. Like what Crystal Golem has.

I dont know about you guys, but I love this card. Imagine, now all of the artifacts / creatures that are so epic, but affect all players, now only help you. Imagine, this + one of the following:
Mycosynth Lattice
Omen Machine (In a high cost deck, imagine top decking Emrakul, The Aeons Torn with this)
Howling Mine
Anvil of Bogardan
or what ever artifact/creature does epic things during someones turn that you want to yourself only.

I'm thinking that this could be used with creatures/artifacts that have "enters the battlefield" or "leave play" effects like Mulldrifter or Shriekmaw OR AN awww.... darn, only if it stated "Enchantment" instead of "artifact." THEN you could play this on a Reality Acid! :(
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JESTER'S SCEPTER!!!!!
