Should have been a snow-covered command tower...

"Should have been a snow-covered command tower..."
@New_Flesh: Commander's Arsenal is a little reprint set, they wouldn't throw entirely new cards in there.
Also, even though your idea sounds tempting, this would pretty much mean getting a functional reprint of the almost undisputably best mana-fixing land in Commander. And that wouldn't just make gimmick players rechoice for getting some snow-covered love* - most players would simply put both lands into their decks.
(*Snow-covered love? that doesn't seem too hearty actually...)

I think this is the only card ever printed in magic considered to be perfect, keeping in mind it's only a commander card. It is basically a card that reads "Add one mana of any color to your mana pool"

Neat new art. Though, why is a tower presumably used for command plopped in the apparent middle of nowhere?

Would this even do anything outside of commander format? I can't help but notice that, strangely, this is still legal in other formats that it is clearly not designed for.
@AsianPointMan: Commander is a format where every player makes a 100 card deck, and they have one legendary creature who starts kinda "hanging out" just outside of your hand. You can play him at any time from there, and every time he dies, he goes back there (but costs more every time you have to recast him). This is your commander. You can only put cards that use colors that your commander has in his mana cost in your deck.
Wikipedia can explain further for you: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magic:_The_Gathering_formats

Great land for commander. Basically : add any color without a drawback.

For the same reason you don't move your King to the center of the board in chess, Magnor. Obviously some sort of Scrying Pool or even a Palantir is in the highest Peak of the highest Mountain, at the top of the highest Dungeon of the highest Tower, and that's where your Legendary BAMF Commands your Army from. To get to the battlefield, you can't Apparate In or Out of Hogwarts, but if you're "Dumbledore" (you own the place), you can Apparate from wherever you damn well please to wherever you damn well feel like whenever you damn well want.

Real MTG players run this in mono-colour EDH decks.
