Well... Give it Heavy Arbalest and you can deal 4 damage. But considering it costs four that's pretty meh.

Terribly overcosted, but it's really off-color, too, so you can't expect much better.

I actually feel this is pretty good. It gives green a dedicated air-blocker and some combo potential.

Compare to Horseshoe Crab. This is quite a bit harder to get off the board and much more capable of keeping you alive. Obviously, because blue is stupid, horseshoe crab is better - but imagine if this were blue, it would be amazing. 1 mana more for regenerate and flying on horseshoe crab would be nuts.
