Magic likes winged hippos, Painter's Servant likes this card.

I so want to put this on an isochron scepter, in the right deck of course. Oh that would be beautiful.

Awesome sideboard stud back when blue was still making the game incredibly unfun to play.
It was probably designed with psychatog in mind.

Ahh. Seedtime; the green Time Walk of Vengeance :P
This should be part of the sideboard for any casual deck featuring green.

Divine_exodus: This can be cast in response to a spell or ability, in the middle of combat, during your upkeep or during your end step. Not that it really matters though.

SUPER good in EDH. Most EDH games are 4+ players. Most EDH decks are 2+ colors. There's bound to be somebody. I've cast it every time I've drawn it, and this is in lots of separate playgroups.
