First thing I thought of was comboing your own army of flying creatures with Gravity Well and Deluge, but that's hardly broken, especially when you could just cast Sleep or something. Aboshan, Cephalid Emperor and Mudslide give similar effects, but on a more permanent basis. You could also try to combo Martyr of Ashes or similar Earthquake effects to do a one-sided board wipe, killing at least every non-Mist Dragon blocker your opponent might have. More hilariously, combo with Floodgate (just don't ask me how you're going to get all those Islands in a three-color deck).
However, it seems much simpler to just ignore Rise of the Eldrazi and use Falter/Tectonic Rift on the offense.

would be nice in a deck that forced flying on your opponents creatures in order to hit them with archers and the like (as a global reach effect and because now all your creatures are unblock able)
