Dose that guy have a bird head? Is it the guy from natural selection? How odd...
So it's strictly better than Cho-Manno's Blessing because of the flash option. How nice. Against a mono colored deck, it grants shroud and unblockable. At worst, it saves you once, at best you now have an invulnerable blocker and a nasty attacker. Good enough. It goes in my new deck.

Cho-Manno's Blessing *has* flash and *is* strictly better than this. I don't know why it's rated lower than this one...

I love how the new Oracle text is longer than what's printed on the card.

Awesome art, but Cho-Manno's Blessing preforms the same funtion without having to sacurfice it.

You don't have to sac the ward mrredhatter. W/ cho manno's blessing it doesn't even give you the option of flash. at the same cost this is a better version unless you have something giving them flash, in which case the blessing is better. But since that rarely happens i think the ward is better.

The Oracle text is longer because that's as short as works with today's rules. It's a fairly common misconception that Oracle text is supposed to make it any clearer, it's just supposed to make it work.
