It's a good card and it's got good art, simple as that. Oh, and if you're looking at Magic Cards for side boob, you may want to consider better options.

Healing Salve + Stream of Life. Yes, Dawnglow Infusion is generally better, but this card is much older. And it is not actually strictly better, even with WhiteGreen is used in its cost:

Vitalizing Cascade: WhiteGreen = 3 life
1WhiteGreen = 4 life
2WhiteGreen = 5 life

Dawnglow Infusion: WhiteGreen = 2 life
1WhiteGreen = 4 life
2WhiteGreen = 6 life

This shows that only if Variable Colorless=3 does Dawnglow Infusion become better.

Dawnglow Infusion is a sorcery and thus can get you killed when the opponent burns you in response. This on the other hand is an instant and can be played as a response to opponents Fire Ball that is coming down your way.

I do agree that Heroes' Reunion is better than this, but there is the time difference to take into concideration.

This card is epic! I love it's art, possibly the only Rebecca Guay card I'd consider looking at for more than a few seconds!

And the side boob action? EPIC!

Unless you have more than 6 mana and have absolutely nothing else to spend it on, Heroes' Reunion is strictly better
Oh, and yay for sideboob.
