I, for one, like it.
The fetched land comes into play untapped, so you can drop this early on, and not switch it out until the very moment that you need it. Gives you time to decide.
I'd take this over Terramorphic if I was running the right colors.

Well it's not terrible, because it doesn't put the land into play tapped, and the land could be any forest or plains card. But it is a little slow.

It messes with your tempo, but it's still pretty decent mana fixing. Most definitely has it's place in certain casual or EDH decks.
