This card could have been interesting if it had said "You can't play cards for as long as Juju Bubble is on the battlefield." If that were the case, you could play Bazaar Trader, Eon Hub, and Juju Bubble. Then use the Trader to donate your Juju Bubble to your opponent. Not only would your opponent not be able to play cards, they wouldn't be able to get rid of Juju Bubble by refraining from paying its cumulative upkeep cost, because there would be no upkeep.

I strongly think that this is the worst card ever made, mechanically.

This card is only useful if you have infinite mana. But even if that's the case, just chuck a Fireball at your opponent and win the game instead of playing this card.
Artwork and flavor text are nice, but I still can't bring myself to rate this card higher just because of that.
0.5/5

Holy shit this is bad! I'm actually laughing my ass of at this card! I mean, even compared to some of the artifact stinkers at the time, this had to be intentionally bad, right?
I'm even tempted to give this card a 5/5 just for the good laugh it gave me. =P

It's too bad I can't rate the thing a ZERO. Gee, a card that makes me spend 7 mana to gain 2 life. I need 4 of these!

Myr Galvanizerx2 with Palladium Myr.. infinite life.. not too bad.

@Outlaw01
While I'm inclined to agree with you (suddenly the card might be a decent bulk common on par with Golden Urn), age counters didn't exist back then. They basically came about when Cumulative Upkeep was revisited with the Time Spiral block and Coldsnap.

If my heart had a lid, I would lift it and then collapse and die because I just opened my heart and I needed that to live.
That's how this card makes me feel.

Still, Sanguine Bond + mana + 40 or more mana = win condition.
While it's terrible, the fact that it works with infinite mana makes it better than the Wooden Sphere cycle, IMO, and better than many of the terrible artifacts that filter mana with no other advantage, etc..
This is, unfortunately, a potential win condition (as 1,000,000,000 health is essentially a win con in itself) and because of that, I give it a star.
