awesome card, phasing control has the ability make grown men cry themselves to sleep and i love it, nothin better than telling someone your playing a phasing deck listening to them laugh at you and than start to control them by make them phase out thier stuff and watching thier smugness vanish.
i give this guy a 4/5 only cause he has to phase himself out if he is the only creature, major downside.

This card is really useful above being funny: you can make amazing things with creatures' ETB effects.
