jsttu- Play more copies. Also, make sure everything in your deck is a must-counter, and voila, blue deck loses spectacularly.

Great EDH card. You're able to go about your turns without any interference. Especially devious if you've been planning something devious, like to Tooth and Nail in a pair of beasties that you've given haste with something like Concordant Crossroads. Of course, it's a double edged sword in that they can do the same, but sometimes it's worth the recoil.
