More often than not, it's a Phantom Warrior available for two colors!
Giving him less than 3.5 is harsh in my opinion.

I was sure this card was Orzhov before it got spoiled. This is the new Noggle Bandit which is already a sweet card. Also another solid candidate for "Batman."

Pretty good card, but most of the Rogues this set have the stats to kill him or block and live each time. not really a drawback but something to keep in mind.
