This just screams use with self mil reAnimate deck. u'd probably only have to run 2-3 of them. Since they shuffle them selfs into your deck.

I can imagive a few uses with Scavenge and green/blue decks and I agree with lorendorky about bloodrush creatures and anti-mill. Also agree with NaturalSpeaking for countering flashback.
This card has a unique ability feeling and it doesn't force you to shuffle the library.
Saves you from Surgical Extraction effects some times too!

I would've liked the card more if it was an instant, you could disrupt some heavy flashback decks.

The "single graveyard" restriction seems uncalled-for, since this can already shuffle two libraries anyway.
