A drake is a weaker form of a dragon without the more powerful inherent magical abilities and usually with a set of wings and a set of legs. Dragons generally have a set of forelimbs a set of hindlimbs and a set of wings as well as high intelligence and magical powers. So drake wing leases is a combination of a lizard (possibly for docility) and a drake (maybe for a large body). And before someone mentions, skyrim dragons are strange, they don't have arms...
