the fun thing is that the style guide talks about how Dimir is obsessed with Threes. Notice how everything in his room is stacked in threes.

Jace's Phantasm has been waiting for this card for a while now!
Wight of Precinct Six is happy too.

The left 1/4 of this art alone is glorious but I also love how bloated and ridiculous the Azorious garb is.

@auhosj877 Both Consuming Aberration and Lazav benefit by milling and can turn milling it self into an advantage.

Quite unfortunate that this, in addition to every Cipher card ever but especially this, has poor synergy with Undead Alchemist.

DIMIR SHALL (k)MILL YOU ALL!!!!
6 cards practically garentied turn 2 with the unblockables....
+3 every turn you don't kill them....
I know, it isn't exactly a Glimpse the Unthinkable... BUT COME ON!!!

also, since you've probably forgotten I said it already as I've whiped your mind several times now....

DIMIR SHALL (k)MILL YOU ALL!!!

-edit 1-
@ Auhosja: As Dabok has said, it buffs cards like Jaces Phantasm and Wights and Consuming Aberration. Noting that last card, Consuming Aberration has a unique effect with Cipher.

I put 3 of these cards onto an Invisible stalker once, and here is what happened....

Milled 3 Lands then milled like 12 cards, milled 2 lands and another card then another 7 cards, THEN milled ANOTHER 3 lands then milled another 9 cards..... Yeah, I just milled you for 34 Cards on turn 5 in one turn... that doesn't include the other 18 cards that I milled you for earlier (52 card), and you also drew 9 ca... (see all)

Seems pretty bad. If you have guys that can hit them every turn, why would you be trying to mill them?? Just kill them with damage! This way you have to play non mill guys in your mill deck to even use this card.

More viable than most cipher spells due to its low cost.
