I actually made a type Standard partially revolving around this guy, mostly just to see what would happen and I won a couple of local Friday night tournaments. I went Jund and I gotta tell you, Griselbrand and Harvester of Souls love this guy. Like I said, I mainly did it to see what I could do and it is a lot of fun. There are tons of really fun options in MTG Standard format right now and this guy is definitely one of them.

Multiverse comments article gave me an idea for a new format involving this card.
Thunderdome format.
This card becomes a global enchanchant, affecting all players.

He doesn't have trample because he dances around raging over the body of the creature(s) he's just killed after he kills them.

Hello im new to mtg and have a question about this card
It says when gruul ragebeast or anyone else enters you target an opponents creature to block.
So does that mean this effect only happens right when Gruul or another creature enters the battlefield and only last one turn? because if so then does that take away summoning sickness.
Or does that mean Gruul and any other creature after him can do this after summoning sickness wears off

@autispomati
You misunderstand what "fight" is.
Fight says "Both creatures deal damage equal to their power to the other." There is no blocking involved; it's just something that happens like any other ability.
They will still have summoning sickness and attack normally; be warned that damage doesn't reset until the end of turn though, so any damage taken fighting will be marked on them after this if you have haste.

I run this guy in a Maelstrom Wanderer EDH deck where everything is at least 6 cmc, so that my cascades are more fun (not a better deck, mind you. Just more fun.) As a result my dudes tend to be the biggest on the board. The fightbeast (as I affectionately call it) has saved me many games in its time, as each of my guys comes in with a free removal spell. Remember that you can throw two creatures at one guy (Lets say with a Riku out) to bring down bigger foes.
