Some weird and wonky token mill with this, Selhoff Occultist, Talrand, and maybe... Stitcher's apprentice?

It's also a fairly efficient body for it's cost. 2/3 for 3 in blue is actually over the curve. And has some nice synergy with Mortus Strider and Leyline Phantom in Limited.

Has some disturbing combo potential in casual Legacy format (Shrieking Drake and Brain Freeze, Misthollow Griffin + Food Chain)

I just realized the flavor behind this card: He's giving away the knowledge in your opponents library to the people

2/5. Didn't know Magic critters suffered from blue balls too. Hell this guy's blue all over, poor fella.

I'm really surprised this doesn't have a higher rating.
Played 3 of in draft with a bunch of cheap blue creatures and 2 Leyline Phantoms and won on mill relatively easily.
