This card scares me. 2 CMC for non-land permanents to enter tapped? ( Let's be honest, when was the last time you cared whether an enchantment or planeswalker was tapped? )

And while people are saying this hoses Boros, why would you play Boros and NOT run this card? All your little hasters will face fewer blockers.

This plus Martial Law leads to some pretty hilarious lockdown. Just detain whatever came into play last turn. I like it. 4.5/5

I think this could be at the heart of a slow, grindy control deck. It slows the opponent down by a turn forever if it stays on board, has an ability tacked onto it that will actually win the game for you, and it isn't a dead card if you draw multiples because it gives you an additional extort trigger. Potentially a major sleeper card in this set.

As soon as I get this, it's going straight into my Gwafa Hazid, Profiteer EDH deck. Anti-haste and extort seems like a really good combination, especially for control-style decks.

I love this card 5/5.

This card is going to become a staple in multiple formats. It has a good cast cost and is one sided.

In standard it will be used to prevent flash blocking shenanigans with Restoration Angel, creatures with haste such as Thundermaw Hellkite and Obzedat, Ghost Council, and a little bit for the extort.

In modern it will shut down recycle decks like Eggs.
