Yeah and since the land become a green creature you can base a B/G deck with fun black removals against green like deathmark or Eastern Paladin .

Keeper of the Beasts should be good too .

It's possible to create a token of the 2/2 land with Cackling Counterpart and then populate yourself some extra lands, right?
