This card is the absolute epitome of Orzhov flavor. The creature uses his political stature to maintain power and dominance over his subjects, but he can't physically get off its ass to do it himself. It reminds me of the flavor text of Merciless Eviction

This feels like such an odd pick for the deck. It's White-Black, and dead, fine. :P

but..well...doesn't feel very Sorin-y? :/ However...rereading it a few times...it is a nice Ghosty-version of that Rhox I forget the name of that is a Rare. :) So that is kind of neat to get a hard to find ability reprinted? :)
