The only good way to build tibalt is to make use of his +1. You need to use tons of cards that have flashback so that when you discard, it pretty much doesn't matter.
I've always loved pyroclasm. It was one of the first red board sweeps to also hit flying creatures.

trying to build a Deck around Tibalt is really quite a challenge and mostly makes you Sad to be Red. :(
you can't win BOTH the Vorthos AND Spike requirements to make it viable and fun and interesting :/

Against most Zombie decks, Pyroclasm is pretty devistating. Army of the Damned and Endless Ranks of the Dead are slightly less scary with Pyroclasm ready to blow some s**t up. It makes a good addition to Blue/Red decks, particularly if it is used with a Hypersonic Dragon.
