@majinara With this card, you can do BOTH. That's right, BOTH. It can do the same thing as Hull Breach but for one extra mana to pay for it being instant speed. And if there's only one thing to kill, this card is even more efficient than Hull Breach. Did you even read the card?

@RAV0004: Incorrect. At worst, this card costs 1.0 times a naturalize. At best, it costs half. Naturalize is strictly an OR for 2 CMC, whereas Wear // Tear is an OR for 1 or 2 CMC, or an AND for 3 CMC. If color isn't an issue, consider this card strictly better than naturalize.

This was the first fuse card that really caught my eye. Really aggressive destruction, and easy to use for a 2-for-1!

Comparison to Hull Breach:
Pros:
If you're only hitting an artifact it costs the same, but it's instant.
If you're only hitting an enchantment it's cheaper AND is instant.
More flexible cost.
Cons:
If you want to hit an artifact AND an enchantment it'll cost 1 more.
Overall I'd say this is the better of the two, and Hull Breach was already a great card. I think this is one of the best designed cards of the set.

@Totema: Completely agree. I have no strong affinity for Boros (the colour combination) but I admire the versatility and power level of this card.
