It actually gives you better value than Sign in Blood itself. Zombies got their 2-drop. This will see heavy play, probably in aggressive Jund decks that empty your hand quickly.

Sire of Insanity is buds with this guy.
A point I want to make: He's not Bob. Bob is about card advantage, where this guy is about emptying your hand and throwing everything you can at your problems until they go away. He only fits an aggro build, Bob is best known for Jund which is a midrange deck.

This will work really well in my black/blue evasion aggro deck. Its cheap and lets me refill my hand in the late game...something I was having a lot of trouble with before...curiosity+evasion creature+blood scrivener. I like!
