This is one of the best non-rare cards in sealed. The gatekeepers like him are preventing aggro from doing ANYTHING in the DGM limited formats. 2/4 is almost impossible to hit through with just DGM cards. Unless you fly over him, theres literally nothing common or uncommon with less than 4 CMC that can get past it. The slow format will be much more fun than all in gatecrash boros aggro.

Remember that each booster has a gate in Dragon's Maze, so if you draft you generally get a few (8?) mazes to play with.

This is going to be a high pick in draft. Creatures that can kill other creatures when they come into play are always powerful.

all of the gatekepers have some tempo synergy.
white: creates a chump blocker
blue: draws a card
black: destroys a small creature
red: act of treason and taps a creature
green: gains life
and Blaze is quiet right, it is a decent pick.

Blaze, are you sure that this is a high pick in a draft? If you don't happen to scrounge up enough gates in said draft, this guy will be quite underwhelming.
In general, the whole gatekeeper cycle is pretty crappy. If you use lots of gates, you have access to a lot of cards, which again makes me wonder why you'd then, of all cards, find no better ones than these guys.
