Definitely made to be played with Izzet cards, especially Electrickery. Also curves into Mizzium Mortars for a brutal turn.

T4: Chandra, The Firebrand
T5: This guy.
T6: Flames Of The Firebrand, copy with Chandra's ability, dump out some more burn spells, enjoy a minimum of 12 hasty guys xD
Assuming the other guy has 3 creatures with 2 or more toughness, or 6+ smal guys, and that you aren't dead by then, or they don't Golgari Charm... oh well, it's fun if you can pull it off xD

Wait... Why not use a mass damage spell? So each creature takes 1 then you get 2X creatures then basically sac them then deal 1 to each remaining creature then add 2 tokens for each of that damage and add 4X tokens so then you can attack with all and you are guaranteed to have 4X more the number of creatures that were on the battlefield at the start of the combo plus 2 times the number of creatures that survived the 1st damage against those that your opponent controls that survived the second. That would be insane! And since red could use any mass damage to achieve this or white could use rain of swords in response to attackers being declared this could instantly give you the chump blockers you need and enough to get your red combo going next turn. This card will be broken! Badly!

While perhaps somewhat janky, the spell that will best combo with this right now appears to be Clan Defiance, as long as you have enough viable targets. You can blast one of your opponent's fliers, a ground troop, their face, and end neatly with 6 hasty 1/1s for as little as 3 mana.
