Despite this, he somehow can't seem to severly body-slam the Vedalken that put the shackles on him, though.

I like that the vedalken shackles are being used on another plane with vedalken other than Mirrodin, but I wish there was an actual vedalken in the art. That guy is in a wooded area, and that's not the kind of place I would think a vedalken would usually be in.

In the most epically flavourful match of EDH, I used this to steal my opponents Djinn of Wishes. I then used the three wishes, and on the last, I declared, "And now, Genie, you are FREE!".
Too bad I didn't have a Jafar card to complete it.

@MasterofCruelties: I'm assuming this is Wizards deciding it's ok to do another "Elephant in Boots" for the sake of Awesome. (See MaRo's article today.) I would not speculate that this place has any Vedalken in it.
I'm curious that this is Mythic. Is it really that good? Somebody show me this in a Deck beat up an Aether Vial Deck and I'll be sold on the Rarity. Until then, I think of it as a needlessly upgraded Rare that was perfectly fine at Rare. Considering Aether Vial is itself a Rare...and Arcbound Ravager is a freaking Rare...what is the reasoning?
