Now here's a reprint that absolutely doesn't need new art.

I bought so many packs of Planar Chaos and never saw this, let's hope we don't have a repeat performance.

I didn't know this was reprinted! *omgasm*

One of my favorite cards but I could never afford the $10-a-piece pricetag. I still will usually use Surgical Extraction instead (for reasons detailed on that card. The primary detail being that it hoses T0 wins against Oops decks and causes no tempo loss. It also works better with cabal therapy)

That out of the way, this is a grand way to make sure what you hit gets hit, so what you want gone *is definitely gone.* It is better in the oops matchup if you get a chance to lay out mana (50% chance)

Turn one: skip land, discard Shadowborn Apostle. (Or Relentless Rats if you have the money)
Turn two: Swamp, cast Extirpate on the apostle, and exile 40 cards from your hand/graveyard/library. You are now playing with a 20 card (or less if you feel like it) deck.
