I could see this being a lot of fun in a proliferation deck making the ability repeatable. Every four proliferations equals three cards. (For target opponent, of course)

4/4 for 4 different coloured mana with 1, sacrifice this creature: draw 3 cards.
It's not broken, but it is awesome.
