A modern version of counterspell that also eats Goyf and Deathrite food; that makes it very relevant.

Future sight looked into the future... And saw Modern Mastery, apparently...

Seriously, though! Not like I'm complaining, but a good third of these cards are future sight reprints!

I'm pretty sure I'm the only person who misses the Future Sight borders.

This card is deceptively powerful. When I was newer to the game I thought this was absolute trash (way begore the reprint) and it took a lot of experience with the game before I understood that in fast-paced decks this can read "UU, exile some cards from your graveyard: counter target spell". Because it needs the graveyard as fuel to be really effective I wouldn't recommend it in slower decks, and I would advise against running more than two in most decks. That said, I'm a huge fan of this card.

This is extremely important for any mono-blue Laboratory Maniac self mill deck. It's basically just straight up counterspell.
