With my luck I'd play this and my opponent would be playing with Darksteel Plate.

Anti-Voltron card for Black Commander decks.

You heard it here first.

One of few ways to deal with an equipped Geist of Saint Traft or Sigarda.

I'm really excited for this card. I miss when black had the ability to "curse" artifacts and make their controller suffer, and at one mana, this is amazing! This will be a perfect way to hose equipments that give shroud like whispersilk cloak or lightning greaves. Mwhahaha.

Hey, our favorite comic book hero/thief person's in the flavor text. As for the card, kind of neat.

This is...different to say the least. I like it! Black usually doesn't get responses to artifacts, so this is pretty refreshing.

Black artifact removal? Maybe? Kinda? Not really?

Ah, well, close enough, I guess. Enchanting an equipment with this means a lot of the time it won't be equipped.

Most of this time this will serve a one mana edict effect as long as the equipment is equipped to something. Your opponent gets one turn to equip it to their worst creature and in most cases won't have a way to get rid of it. The artifact will still have some value, but will be essentially shut down.
Very underrated.

Gatherer works better in the Companion app!
